✅ When You May Be Eligible for a Refund or Replacement
- Your item arrives damaged or faulty.
- You receive the wrong item.
- You contact us within 14 days of delivery to report an issue.

🔁 Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item (subject to availability), please contact us at info@mylittleenchanted.com. Exchanges are processed once we have received and inspected the returned item.
🪄 Returns Process
- Email info@mylittleenchanted.com with your order number, photos (if applicable), and reason for return.
- We’ll send you the return address and any specific instructions.
- Send the item back within 7 days of our confirmation.
📦 Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or we have agreed to cover return shipping. We recommend using a tracked service when returning items — we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit unless otherwise agreed.
