🎁 Orders & Products
Can I include a personal message with my gift?
Absolutely! Every My Little Enchanted box comes with a complimentary message card. You can write your note at checkout, and we’ll hand-pack it inside your box.
Do you offer custom or themed boxes?
Yes — you can Build Your Own Box or email us at
hello@mylittleenchanted.com for bespoke themes or corporate orders.
Are your products cruelty-free and sustainable?
We carefully source our products from ethical UK makers and independent brands. Our packaging is recyclable, plastic-free where possible, and hand-packed with care in London.
🚚 Shipping & Delivery
How long will my order take to arrive?
All orders are dispatched within 24 hours (Mon–Sat). Standard UK delivery usually takes 2–4 business days.
Do you offer express delivery?
Yes! You can select Express Delivery at checkout for next-day arrival (orders placed before 1PM).
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we deliver within the UK only — but we’re working to expand international shipping soon 🌍
💳 Payments & Returns
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and Shopify Secure Checkout. Your information is always protected.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Due to the nature of our curated gift boxes, we’re unable to accept returns unless your item arrives damaged or incorrect.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right 💕
My item arrived damaged — what do I do?
Oh no! We’re so sorry that happened.
Please email hello@mylittleenchanted.com with your order number and a photo, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

How does Build Your Own Box work?
Simply visit our Build Your Own Box page, choose your favourite items, and watch your personalised gift come to life.
You can select from our curated themes or mix-and-match your own magic ✨
How many items can I add?
You can choose as many as you like, but most customers select between 5–10 products for a balanced box.

📦 Packaging & Presentation
Will my order come gift-wrapped?
Yes! Every box is wrapped in tissue, sealed with our signature wax heart, and packed inside a keepsake box.
It’s ready to gift — no extra wrapping needed!
Do you include receipts inside the box?
Never. We want every order to arrive as a ready-to-gift surprise. Receipts and payment details are only sent via email.
