Change of Mind
If you change your mind, you can return items under these conditions:
- Return Period: Notify us within 14 days of receiving your order and return the item within 30 days.
- Return Authorization: Items must be returned in original packaging to prevent damage. Personalized items incur a 30% restocking fee.
- Time Restriction: Returns will not be accepted after 30 days from the purchase date.
- Return Shipping Costs: The buyer is responsible for return shipping fees, which are non-refundable. Approved refunds will deduct these costs from the total amount.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
